AlShop — E-Commerce Prototype
An e-commerce prototype developed during my internship at Tavan Bogd Nura LLC. I learned Ruby on Rails from the beginning and built the system around a data model capable of managing multiple product types.

My contribution
The problem
Manage physical products, digital products, and custom services in one system using a unified data structure.
My solution
The main goal was a unified data model for different product types, including physical products, digital products, and custom services. I designed a shared core model for common product information and separate structures for type-specific attributes.
Implementation
During my internship at Tavan Bogd Nura LLC in January 2026, I independently studied Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework, applying MVC architecture in a practical project.
Using that data model, I developed the AlShop prototype and implemented products, categories, variants, carts, orders, and user management. The project used Tailwind CSS, Stimulus, Turbo, Devise, Pundit, and REST JSON APIs.
